The Company Executive Director is a qualified professional have strong project handling experience in individual capacity of around 20 years with various activities based on the project areas like livelihood, child rights and protection, water & Environment, sanitation, health and education both in implementation and evaluation .

Have technical, conceptual and analytical knowledge in micro credit finance management with community participation and community mobilization for economic activation focus on vocational skills, Income generation & Entrepreneurship Development.

Expertise in field of Monitoring, evaluation, Entrepreneurship Development .integrated management, information system ,project implementation ,follow-up and report writing, proposal submission, research study and training with the help of various case study & role play.

Ability to facilitate interaction between different development practitioners at grassroots level as well as development tools and instrument for effective monitoring and evaluation of promoted Entrepreneurs ,community management through supporting the operationalisation of sector reform principles ,managed hygiene sanitation and safe drinking water for community by mobilization and participatory monitoring as assets.

Have skill on capacity building and management development with major objective of self-reliance, self-sustainability with income generation programme, poverty elevation, health awareness, education and hygiene as well as self-governance programme with and oriented to the human process.

Having good skill on open & in company programme for corporate and social sector professional skills for community mobilization as well as creating micro-credit planning through various government and non-government organisation strategic planning steps for implementing programme for rural livelihood and economic empowerment especially for women.

Familiarizing with various state level meeting and provide logistic support for such meeting for individual break-even point.

Sensitivity to gender, child rights, child protection and diversity issues provide expert techno managerial support to field staff partners and coordinator for their capacity building activities with strong interpersonal skills to works as part of team by excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English, Hindi. Information technology skills for preparation of MIS format and research data interpretation and well finance project formulation in construction and other relevant field .

Entrepreneurship and Innovations is directed by board of Directors. It constitute of Executive Director and Partner Founder Director who acts as the chief of the Company. The chief is supported by two Deans (Construction and Capacity Building) and being supported by more than ten senior Advisors and Advisors.
